UTEP EM Lab develops world's first 3D volumetric circuit

(University of Texas at El Paso) The UTEP EM Lab's latest breakthrough is its most ambitious and far-reaching yet. Earlier this year, researchers completed the first true three-dimensional, volumetric circuit using a fully automated process.
